Tapoll (currently in Beta) is one of the newest products created by Dan Zen. Tapoll asks the visitors to make a prediction about certain questions such as “Do you want your phone to be able to play MP3s and other audio files?” or “Who produces the best applications?” After the user makes a prediction and votes their opinion, the tally is reported and can also be displayed in graph form. For every Tapoll poll question, it gives the user the ability to view the direct link, the ability to embed the poll to their own websites, and e-mail the polls to family and friends.
Currently users (which as of right now don’t require a login) of the website can create polls by adding a question. Once the question is selected, a user can select 50 multiple choice options for other visitors to vote for. Lastly, the question creater choose or create tags to associate this question so it can be connected to other similar Tapoll questions.

Dan Zen has also created Zen Mix which is also a very cool application. Zen Mix allows you to place a video over an image and control the video player properties such as making the video player lighter or darker over the image. If you’re interested, there is a sample that you can play with [here]. To create Zen Mixes of your own, registration is required.
