Basically what’s been happening with Pulse 2.0 is that we have been playing around with different ideas to cater to our readers. When we first started, we wrote about a few start-up companies and general technology news.

However, when we focused strictly on start-ups, good things happened. Some of the start-ups that we wrote about actually received venture capital funding because of the reviews we wrote. This is why we will be abandoning stories such as Facebook Gets a New Toolbar or MySpace Gets a New Widget or Google Code Gets a New UI.

If you are a web entrepreneur, then submit your profile on the link at the top right of the Pulse 2.0 homepage. We highly encourage you to do so in order to get some publicity as well as some constructive criticism.
