I was looking for a way to discover who put together April Fools Day jokes on the Internet since there’s so many of them. GMail pranked us with Custom Time. Revision3 pranked us by putting video program titles backwards. YouTube UK redirected all Featured Videos to Rick Astley’s Never Gonna Give You Up. TechCrunch said they were suing Facebook. MyMac.com put up an article that said Steve Jobs Quits Apple. It’s difficult to capture all the creativity at once.

This is why I’m glad that AprilFoolsDayOnTheWeb.com exists to track all you pranksters. So far about 300 pranks have been added. The site was put together by Jason, also known as YouTube user Urgo6667. He put together his own prank where he claimed he was a consultant for YouTube and Digg and that both companies will be merged into YouDigg.
