Good arguments on all sides but seems that some stuff selling on ebay is just asking for trouble. i.e. empty Tiffany ring boxes? come on, they sell for like $50. What for? Jokes, fun collectable, or selling phony rings? What next, LVMH tags with no purses attached? Perfectly legal but,,,,,

LVMH and all top brand companies should sue the seller.i would say ebay has some responsibilty,if a ebay buyer reports a counter fit item.then its there responibilty to do something about that seller.we all love doing business with ebay,so lets make a stand.trouble with ebay now is all sellers of genuine goods are being curtailed.ebay is running scared and it all may come to an end.

I really don’t think that LV should be suing because shoppers are taking the risk of buying it off ebay and its stupid because its not ebays fault! what do you expect for ebay to monitor everyones items its impossible! And LV only wants to make more money its only about the money

Louis Vuitton has a right to sue anyone who sells any product of theirs that is counterfeit. Louis Vuitton only sells Louis Vuitton period.
