Yahoo! Is Awesome. They Are Refunding Music Customers.

On July 23, Yahoo! sent out an e-mail saying that refunds would not be given, but they have changed their policy.  Although I never personally bought music from Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), I agree with Frederic Lardinois when I say that they are doing the right thing.

This one-ups MSN Music’s customer service.  When MSN Music decided to shut-down, they decided to keep DRM-licensed MP3 music online until 2011.  After 2011, MSN Music customers won’t be able to listen to those MP3s and will not be given refunds.

Yahoo! responds to consumer feedback immediately and this is why they are awesome.
