HotStartupJobs.com is a new website that aggregates job board listings with a focus on startup companies. The firm aggregates listings from Dice, Monster, Jobster, TechIt, CrunchBoard, and several other job boards. HotStartupJobs was founded by John Diep.

Currently there are about 31,958 jobs available on HotStartupJobs and categories can be subscribed to via RSS. Some of the categories include All Startup Jobs, Mostly Technical, Mobile Related, Design This, and Bloggers/Copywriters.
