Immediately when downloading Google Chrome, I wasn’t a fan because there wasn’t a way to build around the interface or add plug-ins.  Mozilla Firefox on the other hand has the ability to have a modified theme and support a bunch of add-ons.  What I recently found out was that Google Chrome can have modified themes to spice it up. 

Below are the instructions for installing Google Chrome themes for Windows XP and Windows Vista:
1. Download the zip file containing the themes.
2. After unzipping the folder to your PC, take the default.dll file in the below folder and back it up.  Then take the default.dll from the theme folder and replace the file in
   Windows XP:  C:Documents and SettingsUserLocal SettingsApplication DataGoogleChromeApplication.2.149.27Themes
   Windows Vista: C:UsersUserNameAppDataLocalGoogleChromeApplication.2.149.27Themes
