PicApp is a site that offers free and licensed stock images.  The company has just raised $3.2 million in funding and announced a partnership with the Yardbarker blog network.  Yardbarker is a sports blog network that aggregates content across 550 sports blogs.  PicApp will be licensing images to Yardbarker out of the deal.

Yardbarker currently uses images from Getty, Corbis, Image Source, and several other photo licensing companies.  PicApp has about 10 million images in their library which can be added using copy+paste code.  PicApp places small advertisements under those licensed images.

Carmel Ventures and Yair Goldfinder (ICQ co-founder) invested the $3.2 million in PicApp.  This past year, PicApp also partnered with b5media according to Adam Ostrow.  Yardbarker raised funding in April of last year.
