Adonomics Acquired By Adknowledge

Adknowledge, a Kansas City, Missouri online advertising company backed with about $48 million in funding has acquired Adonomics.  Earlier this year, I wrote that Adonomics was given an uncertain future after Facebook started focusing on monthly active users rather than daily.  It turns out that the changes that Facebook made did not hinder Adonomics from creating valuations and tracking Facebook apps.

This is why Adknowledge acquired Adonomics.  A Public Relations Manager at Adknowledge stated that the existing functionality such as Daily Active Users will still be available as a free service post-acquisition.  Existing data on Adonomics will be also rolled into Cubics.com, a subsidiary of Adknowledge.

Altura Ventures LLC is the parent company of Adonomics, KallOut, and CrossLoop.
