Rumor has it that an Android G2 will be coming out this January. The G2 will be one of the first devices with video calling capabilities. The phone is rumored to be released on January 26, 2009.

The G2 will be full touch like the iPhone. It will als include a trackball. According to Boy Genius, the G2 will not be exclusive to T-Mobile. Maybe Sprint will catch a break and finally get a “cool” phone.

This rumor may or may not be true. There is not much information available on the success of  G1 thus far. Therefore, it does not really make much sense for T-Mobie to release a G2 this fast.
