The Samsung Show i7410 model will have a project built in.  The Show’s projector is powered by Texas Instruments’ DLP pico technology.  You would think that having this technology built-in would causes the phone to be bulky, but it is pretty compact.  The Samsung Show can project a projectro’s image with a range from 5-50 inches with a 480×320 resolution.  It has a 3.2″ WQVGA touchscreen built in to the phone.  The Show also has a 5PM camera.  The Samsung Show will be introduced in Asia and Europe shortly, but no word yet on when it will be introduced in the U.S.
