Takara-Tomy boasts that their RoBo-Q is the world’s smallest remote controlled walking robot.  The robot stands at 1.3 inches tall.  There is a tiny robot-shaped case to carry it around in.  When charging the robot it hangs with the power prongs.  There is an auto mode where the robot walks on their own and uses detectors to to avoid obstacles.  The RoBo-Q costs about 4,800 yen ($51).

It can be bought from GeekStuff4u.
