Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) has made a definitive agreement to sell their Good Technology unit to VISTO, A Redwood Shores, California based mobile push company.  Good Technology’s services include wireless messaging, mobile VPN, and security services.  In order to compete with BlackBerry devices, Motorola bought Good Technology for $500 million two years ago.

“This transaction marks another important milestone in VISTO’s emergence as a worldwide leader for mobile access to applications and content, especially messaging and collaboration data.
