A Glance At Intel’s Programmable Matter Concept

This past summer, Intel came up with a concept called programmable matter.  The concept of programmable matter is that blobs made out of microscopic glass spheres are able to take any shape.  In this case, the designers took a Cadillac and played around with it’s shape and colors.  It is an interesting concept, but it’ll be decades before we see it happen in real life.  Check out the CNN video below regarding programmable matter:
