Ben Heck has created a way for the handicapped to enjoy Guitar Hero 4′s drum set.  Through a blow tube, a handicapped individual can operate the kick pedals.  In order to put it together, Heck took apart the kick pedal and used a piezoelectric switch for it.  Then he added a tube that uses air to hit the switch.

How do you do it?  Check Ben Heck’s website.
