Tom Rowe of Baltimore has been involved with Twitter for over a year. Tom called Ryan Coss and said that he needed to hit 3,000 followers. Ryan suggested that if he tells his followers he’ll get a tattoo if he hits 3,000 followers before other cities that represent visitor bureaus. Since Tom was skeptical, Ryan volunteered himself.

Ryan now has a Twitter fail whale tattoo and it looks great.
