The folks at Instructables have put together instructions on how to create a musical bra.  It requires about 9 steps and requires tools such as strechable fabric, small plated sew snaps, fusible interfaces, foam, thread/needles, velcro, a cheap toy piano, neoprene, a bra, multiple color wires, a soldering iron, solder, hot glue, and iron.  Its quite tedious, but if you ever wondered whether it was possible to make hooters toot — here is your answer.
