The HRP-4C was developed by Japan’s National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology will be debuting at the Tokyo fashion show next week. The robot has about 30 motors. About 8 motors are in the face of the robot model to express boredom and disgust. The purpose of the robot is purely entertainment.

They could have done it better but the salaries of researchers are very big so the costs would have been to high.
