Palm Pre and Twitter Appears On New Sprint Commercial

Sprint Nextel (NYSE:S) is no longer using their CEO Dan Hesse for their black and white commercials. The new Sprint commercial features Twitter and stats about what is being uploaded on YouTube. At the very end of the commercial, there is a quick snapshot of the Palm Pre.

There are reports circulating that the Palm Pre will become available on Tax Day, April 15. Not a bad way to start spending again in anticipation to a nice tax return. The phone is expected to sell for around $300 after discounts and a two-year agreement.

    WHAT?????……$300????
It better sell for less $149 if they want my (and every body else’s) hard earn money. For less than that ($300) I’ll get me something else. Heck, I’ll get my family to switch to another carrier!!!
If Sprint/Palm want to commit suicide, go on and sell for more than $149! How can they be SO STUPID?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
