The iPhone platform has been targeted by many gaming companies to bring their already-successful franchise software to the mobile sector. Worms by Team17 Software is no exception.
Worms was created in 1995 and is based in a 2D-environment. The objective of the game is to select different weapons to eliminate other players. The surviving worm wins the stage. Some of the weapons include exploding sheep, guns, grenades etc.
Currently it is not yet known on when it will be released, but based on the video demo I can say that it will be very soon. The game will work on the iPod Touch and the iPhone. I agree with SlashGear when I say that I hope that it will have remote two-player modes so that you can play against other friends walking by.
