[See &#039;Changing for Good&#039; by Doctors Prochaska, Norcross, and  Diclement)Laughter and deep breathing are shown to be educational, energizing, healing and act as a medically helpful antidepressant for people changing their lives. 
As a support person for those fighting for clarity while quitting for their own reasons and/or complying with government mandated drug programs, I advocate Isnort as an important, much needed application.</description>
