Pac Man just tried to eat the golf ball and pool balls in these videos. Normal humans don’t understand that he needs his nourishment to fight off the ghosts. This is why one of the golfers decked him with a club. And folks, this is why Pac Man just doesn’t fit into society.

Above is a picture of an upcoming Motorola phone that has the code name “Iron Man.” Rumor has it that it will run on Android and will be out by the third quarter. The CPU will be very fast and the phone will have WiFi, 3G, high-res camera, along with a sliding QWERTY keyboard. No word on which phone provider will get their hands on Iron Man, but I’m guessing T-Mobile.
A team at Stanford University has been able to create an artificial knee that costs less than $20 to manufacture. The project was originated from the Biomedical Device Design and Evaluation class at Stanford. The project is called the JaipurKnee. Joel Sadler and his classmates were presented with the task of creating a low-cost knee joint for amputees living in developing countries.
Other low-cost knee joint metallic limbs used single-axis joints which ended up roating like a door hinge, but they were too unstable. The JaipurKnee has self-lubricating joints with greater flexibility than the alternatives. Sadler hopes to distribute 100,000 joints to amputees in the next three years and we applaud him for his philanthropic efforts.

Designer Serdar Sisman has come up with a stylish radio/alarm clock called Radio Eglence. The Radio Eglence has a transparent screen that shows the time, data, and radio station being played. The alarm clock includes motion sensors that can be activated every time someone crosses the path of the radio. I could imagine something like this getting annoying to me fairly quickly, but some people enjoy nothing more than to tune in to NPR or Howard Stern as soon as they get home.
