Chinagrabber is selling a $90 handheld console that acts as an emulator to play classic games from the NES, Gameboy, Famicom, Super Famicom and SEGA MegaDrive.  The emulator console is called the PXP-900 and it cannot actually play PSP games.

The PXP-900 works as a portable multimedia player too.  It can play at 25fps with 320×240 video resolution supporting different formats on its 4.3″ display screen.  There is a TV-out connection, FM radio, and camera built in to the handheld console as well.  Storage can go up to 4GB using SD memory and it comes in four colors: black, white, red, blue.

President Barack Obama loves his social media.  This is why his campaign team set up a Twitter account, a Facebook account, and a blog on The White House website.  Now The White House has set up its own photostream on Flickr. Above is one of my most favorite pictures from the photo stream.  It has Obama and Biden practicing their putting skills on the White House lawn on a bright sunny day in D.C.

For those of you that are unfortunate enough to have to wear a tie to work every day, at least now they are making them support iPods.  The iTie has straps that attach to the buttons of your shirt so that it doesn’t blow away in the wind and even has a pocket for you to keep an iPod or other miscellaneous important stuff around like business cards, gum, pens, etc.  The iTie company is working on a way to carry around BlackBerrys and iPhones, but for now the one pictured above carrying the Apple Nano runs for about $50.

The Pre is Palm’s make-or-break device that has received a tremendous amount of investment from shareholders.  Palm even boosted its stock offering in order to raise $84 million to invest in to the Pre.  Manufacturing research company iSuppli, who also found out that the cost of making the PS3 dropped last December is estimating that the cost to make the Pre is $138 per unit.

Regardless of the assumptions, we already expect the phone to cost less than an iPhone which is costing $174 per unit.

The problem with ear phones today is that they can get too tangled up in your clothes, especially if you are wearing a coat with a zipper.  Everyone that uses in-ear headphones also prefer to adjust the length of the cord.  Ji Woong has created a concept for earbuds that utilize a zipper itself.

The Zip-It earphones has a zipper control the length of the cords.  The zipper handle pulll itself has built-in volume controls.  Although it would be uncomfortable, the zipper could go as high as someone’s cheeks.

KFC and Popeye’s competitor Church’s Chicken is turning to social media to help build their advertising campaign, “You Know What Good Is.”  On top of interviewing Church’s fans in urban settings with the background remix of “I Know What Good Is,” the company has created their own Twitter account.

The company hopes to get 10,000 followers in the next 30 days.  For every follower that Church’s gets on Twitter, they will donate $1 to a pledge fund.  Church’s will also give away $1,000 to 10 people in different markets.  The Church’s Twitter promotion asks users to tweet a random act of goodness they have done through videos, tweets, podcasts, and photos.
