Hoover Scooter Prototype From 1960′s Could Take On Land and Water

The Hoover Scooter was a prototype of a scooter and a hovercraft created in the United States and sent to England for testing. Perhaps the best part of this demo video is the fact that the guy is dressed so formally. Perhaps they were going for the James Bond feel.
