Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is a movie about a high school student who is convinced that sometimes school is worth skipping in order to truly experience life.  He is able to convince his friend Cameron to borrow his dad’s Ferrari and go around downtown Chicago with him.

The house that Cameron lived in during the movie is now being sold for a hefty price of $2.3 million on HomeFinder.com.

The house was designed by architects A. James Speyer and David Haid.  One of the notable features of the house is the glass garage built in to the backyard. This glass garage had a very notable role towards the end of the movie.

HomeFinder.com has 2.7 million properties listed across the nation and is owned by Classified Ventures LLC.  Classified Ventures is owned by Belo Corp., Gannett Co. Inc., The McClatchy Company, the Tribune Company, and The Washington Post Company.
