There is no reason any sane company would keep its corporate headquarters or most of its offices/plants in US after this. If I were a successful multinational corp like Pepsi or Microsoft, I'd move everything (HQ and all facilities) to somewhere like Ireland and just keep a piddly little plant/office here to satisfy the US market only.
