San Diego News Network (SDNN.com) Raises $707,000 To Stay Classy

The San Diego News Network (SDNN.com) has raised $707,000 in funding.  The company is aiming to raise $2 million.  SDNN runs a local news website for the San Diego, California community.

SDNN is written by bloggers, organizations, and other contributors.  Some of the contributors include former editors at the San Diego Union Tribune.

The founders of the company are Neil Senturia and Barbara Bry.  Both have also founded Blackbird Ventures, a local San Diego investment company.  Below is a screenshot of the whole team.
