It’s been a little while since TDK Corporation has announced a new hard drive.  TDK currently has about 640GB hard drives on the market that can fit in 3.5″ drives.  However TDK plans to increase capacity by launching 2.5TB drive in early February 2010.  Rumor has it that mass production will be starting this November.
