The Tokyo Fire Department is experimenting with a new machine prototype that could potentially retrieve unconscious bodies stuck in earthquake zones or places that are on fire. This machine looks pretty similar to the robotic crawler designed by Yokohama. The machine in the video above retrieves bodies by pulling them in using a treadmill. It almost looks like that the machine is eating the body which just makes it look funny.
