Yup, The iPhone 3GS Can Play 1080p Video

The iPhone 3GS has the ability to play 30Mbps 1080p video. Although the little device can play some high quality video, there are still some issues. For example, Engadget’s testing revealed that the sound driver crashed when playing a 720p video when playing the Avatar trailer from the Apple website.
