Green Software Company Hara Raises $14 Million

Hara is an environmental impact software company that provides energy usage and monitoring software. The company recently raised $14 million in Series B funding, led by Jafco Ventures. Nth Power, and Kleiner Perkins also participated in the round.

Hara started about a year ago and raised $6 million from Kleiner Perkins, bringing their total to $20 million. Some of Hara’s customers include Coca-Cola and the city of Palo Alto. Hara plans to use this round of funding to establish a presence in Asia.
