Cricket Wireless is launching a new phone called the CAPTR. The CAPTR is a flip phone that has a VGA camera with zoom capabilities. The CAPTR has Bluetooth, voice dialing, text and picture messaging. The device has internal and external color displays and has mobile web capabilities. The CAPTR has 300 minutes of talk time and 250 hours of standby time. The cost of the device is $79.99 with a $50 instant discount.
