CallSpark Preps You For Sales Calls By Grabbing Social Media Data

CallSpark is a start-up that prepares you for making sales calls by grabbing social media content of your clients. It finds the latest updates from Facebook, Twitter, WhitePages and Statuses and information is updated in the customer relationship management (CRM) service CallSpark.

If you don’t have the phone number of the person that you want to call, then CallSpark searches through the web to see if it can find it. CallSpark also has an iPhone application and a mobile website for other smartphones. The company did a presentation at the DEMO conference and is based in San Francisco, California.
