Adobe Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) announced on Friday that they are making a Photoshop application for the Apple iPhone. This will allow people to edit camera photos and online Photoshop.com photos on their iPhone. The Photoshop application will be free.

Tools on the app will have cropping, image rotation, one-touch filtering, and color control. There will also be re-do and undo options. When the photos are done being touched up, they can be re-uploaded to the Photoshop.com account and can also be saved on the phone.

The application is all gesture-based meaning that it depends heavily on the swipes of your fingers. Below are a couple screenshots of the application.
