AT&T and Verizon has settled their differences from a legal standpoint. When Verizon started showing the “There’s a map for that” ad campaign, AT&T decided to sue them and filed for a temporary restraining order. The judge did not give AT&T the TRO so the iPhone telecomm partner decided to hire Luke Wilson as their spokesperson to make fun of Verizon. Both companies have not disclosed their reasons for dropping the case. While this is good news for both companies, AT&T still has to deal with the fact that they are ranked the worst company when it comes to cell phone service customer satisfaction by Consumer Reports.
