According to a source with The New York Times, Apple may have some greater control over book prices than expected. “Apple inserted provisions requiring publishers to discount e-book prices on best sellers,” stated a source with The Times. Books on the best seller list may cost $9.99 and the $12.99-$14.99 price point might be the ceiling. Your move, Jeff Bezos.
