Li’l Wayne, one of the best selling artists of the year is getting ready to start one year of jail time. He has joined Twitter today and has already amassed over 100,000 users. He is communicating with fans through the alias Liltunechi. In his second tweet, he announced a UStream live stream session. During the UStream session he gave a shoutout to Justin Bieber, Bon Jovi, and Taylor Swift. Wayne said he would be proactive with his Twitter account before being sent to jail, so make sure to give him a follow.
