Yellow Pages Group has acquired Clear Sky Media.  Clear Sky is the owner of several Canadian shopping websites including RedFlagDeals.com, a price comparison engine.  Another property owned by Clear Sky includes PriceCanada.com.  RedFlagDeals.com receives 2.2 million unique visitors per month.
