Mobclick is a mobile advertising company that has made their first acquisition: Heartbeat.  Heartbeat is a cloud based software-as-a-service company that helps iPhone developers monitor their sales and data reports.  Developers can also track crash reports, hourly usage stats, reviews, and rankings using their service.  The acquisition price is unknown.  Heartbeat was acquired from Enormego, a company that launched the software product in January 2009.  The software has tracked about $25 million in paid downloads thus far.
