While Steve Jobs was attending the Oscars (82nd Annual Academy Awards), the people watching them at home saw the first iPad commercial on TV. The commercial features someone holding the device on their lap browsing through iBooks, Pages, Videos, etc. The Blue Van’s “There Goes My Love” plays in the background throughout the video. The last thing the commercial says is “April 3. iPad.”
