Adobe Preparing Major Lawsuit Against Apple [RUMOR]

Adobe Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) are not on good terms right now. Apple does not allow Adobe Flash on any of their devices nor are they allowing developers to use Adobe’s newest software Creative Suite 5 for submitting applications on the App Store. That was going to be a key selling point for Adobe’s new line of products. Now rumor has is that Adobe is going to sue Apple.

Apple argues that Flash hurts performance on the iPad and the iPhone. Apple App Store developers are currently used to programming apps using Objective C.
