Cramster Raises $6 Million In Series B

Cramster.com is a website where high school and college students have announced that they have raised $6 million in Series B, led by Primera Capital. Primera Capital Managing Partner Ori Sasson joined the board of directors at Cramster.com as a result.

“We believe the market for online study tools is poised for explosive growth,” stated Sasson. “Cramster’s team, product offering, and growing and passionate community clearly make it the leader in the space. We are very excited about the possibilities and potential.”

Cramster has about 200,000 active users but has plans to triple their user base in the next 12 months. Cramster was founded in 2003. Cramster’s users include professors, TAs, students, etc.
