Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is countersuing Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) over patent issues. Apple is accusing Kodak for infringing upon patent 6,031,964 — “a system and method for using a unified memory architecture to implement a digital camera device” and patent RE38,911, “a modular digital image processing via an image processing chain with modifiable parameter controls.” The court case is being filed in the State of California. Apple is in a similar court case over patents with Nokia and HTC too. [Patently Apple]
