Salesforce.com, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) has acquired crowdsourcing company Jigsaw for $142 million. Sugar CRM is a partner with Jigsaw, but directly competes against Salesforce.com.
Simulmedia has raised $8 million from Time Warner Investments. Other investors include Avalon Ventures and Union Square Ventures. Simulmedia has raised a total of $12 million.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is celebrating the one million mark for consoles sold in Australia and New Zealand. In order to celebrate the achieve, they have designed a custom Halo Xbox console. The console features a Halo character shooting the console. It was designed by Richard Taylor and the Weta Workshop. The console is currently being auctioned on eBay to raise funding for the David Peachy Foundation. Microsoft will also match up to $10,000 for the winning bidder.
