Nokia Suing Apple, Claims iPad 3G Infringes On 5 Of Their Patents


Nokia is suing Apple as part of a second federal lawsuit that claims that the iPad 3G and iPhone are violating 5 of their patents that are related to “enhanced speech and data transmission, using positioning data in applications and innovations in antenna configurations that improve performance and save space, allowing smaller and more compact devices.” According to Engadget, Apple and Nokia now have 5 pending lawsuits against each other. Apple is also dealing with an anti-trust complaint filed by Adobe. [Engadget]
