Palm’s webOS To Hit HP Printers

Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) acquired Palm Inc. recently. HP planned to use Palm’s proprietary webOS operating system for future devices including web-connected printers. The announcement about the printers was made by HP CEO Mark Hurd. HP also reported profits were up 25% this quarter to about $2.9 billion. Total revenues were $30 billion. [Engadget]
