At the Google I/O event, Vic Gundotra introduced the Android 2.2 operating system (aka Froyo). The Android Market will also soon have a Music section added (DRM-free). Here’s how it works: you find a song you like, click the download button, and the song starts to download onto the device. This technology was made possible by Google’s acquisition of Simplify Media.
