InterActiveCorp has acquired fitness and diet tracking social networking company DailyBurn. The acquisition was made through the buying of a majority stake. DailyBurn will be rolled into IAC’s Mindspark Interactive Network. DailyBurn has about 500,000 members. DailyBurn used to be known as Gyminee. [paidContent]
