Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has filed a trademark for WebKit. The patent was filed on May 18, 2010 through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under application #85041789. The application title was “Computer software for use in developing internet browser software.” Google, Palm, Nokia, and Research In Motion all use WebKit to develop browsers. [Patently Apple]
