T-Mobile USA CEO Robert Dotson (pictured above) is stepping down from the company for personal reasons.  Earlier this year T-Mobile USA was considering spinning off from Deutsche Telekom.  T-Mobile is currently seeing a major loss of subscribers.  Internal hire Phillipp Humm will replace Dotson.  T-Mobile USA is currently working on deploying a HSPA+ high speed wireless service.  [InformationWeeek]
